<p>It does however take a bit of effort, willpower and determination to achieve your goals. Do not be discouraged when you read this though, because it does <em>not </em>require you to change your whole life, just add a simple routine. <p><strong>But how can you grow taller, what should you do? </p>
<p>#1 &#8211; Drop bad habits</strong><br />
The first thing you have to do to be able to grow taller after puberty, is to drop any bad habits like drinking, smoking and drug use. A healthy lifestyle with little stress should be your goal, since stress decreases your growth hormone production. One important part of this healthy lifestyle is enough sleep &#8211; 8-9 hours of sleep every night is necessary to get as much growth as possible. </p>

<p>Exercise, combined with a good diet and proper posture, will be beneficial to your entire body in more ways than one. Doing exercises when you are still young and growing will most certainly help you growing as tall as possible. It is however very important to remember that your body still has got a lot of growing left to do in this period of life; working with your growth by doing exercises can actually enhance your natural growth, so that in the end you will be taller than if you had not done the exercises.
